The Discovery Cape Times Big Walk
One of Cape Town’s oldest walks, the Discovery Cape Times Big Walk, a well-known event since the 1900s, and still very popular.
The Big Walk consists of eight various routes all starting from different locations in and around Cape Town. The walks vary from 5km up to a whopping 80km, giving everybody the chance to participate.
Not only is it an active, fun day, but it is also a charity event. New to this year’s routes is the 12km Green Point reverse World Cup Fan Walk. Get out your walking shoes and join the spirit of the Discovery Cape Times Big Walk.
