Up the Creek Music Festival

From the 4 – 6 of February 2011 Up the Creek Music Festival rocks Swellendam on banks of the Breede River.

During the festival, artists and performers play their music on the main stage. Only one show will be playing at a time, ensuring you get to see every band. Besides the main stage, there are food vendors, coffee maestros, more stalls and bars.

There is something for everyone. Even guests with kids can breathe freely as the festival has organised kid friendly activities with adult supervision. Further medical care and lifeguards are at the sight to provide help if needed.

Up the Creek Music Festival

Other than swimming in the river, enjoying the music and getting a tan in the sun, there is a Pimp your Lilo competition. The winner of the best designed lilo, the most floatable and luxurious device, can win a 'to-die-for-prize'. The organisers of the Up the Creek have seen it all, so be creative and crazy when it comes to pimping your floating device.

Make sure you bring your camping gear, sun block, insect repellent, anything that floats, your friends and a good attitude to get the very best of the Up the Creek Music Festival.
