Adrenalin junkies, motoring fans, thrill seekers and nay-sayers alike: gather around, this weekend will see you enjoy a spectacle of enormous measures; as the Top Gear Team: Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May combine their forces with many a stunt driver to bring to our sunny South African souls: The Top Gear Stunt Show.
In conjunction with the Top Gear Festival (link to blog about festival), held at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, in Johannesburg South Africa, The Top Gear Stunt Show forms an integral part of the festivities and chaotic fun.
Spectators of and participators alike, to the Top Gear Festival, will be treated to what can be termed nothing short of ‘extreme entertainment’.
The Top Gear Stunt Show will be housed in new ‘Thunderdome’ venue at the Kyalami Grand Prix.
Best keep in mind the highlights which include Top Gear’s new tame Monster Truck that’s fitted with a cannon that can fire anything from motorbikes to fridge freezers.
Visitors to the Stunt show will also be eager to know they will be privy to seeing Africa’s first-ever car-bungee jump live in the arena; a world-record breaking taxi, and last but not least, Jeremy Clarkson will be challenged to inflate a giant version of himself using only a Mercedes SLS.
The Top Gear Stunt Show is a ticketed show (on top of entry to the Top Gear Festival) situated at the heart of the Top Gear Festival, the largest motoring festival South Africa has ever seen.
